We have some exciting news! We were asked by a local florist (and wonderful friend!) to be the models in their year long project and we of course said YES! We did the “summer shoot” part of the project last summer. Over the course of a year, the team did photoshoots for each season using locally grown flowers and foliage from Plant Masters Farm and put together a gorgeous collection that was featured in Florist Review magazine for the month of January! A huge congratulations to everyone involved. We were just so honored to be a part of it :)
The first part of the shoot was the boudoir shoot. I was a little nervous to shoot photos by myself (I feel much more comfortable when I have Kyle by my side) but I think they turned out beautifully! It actually started pouring down rain after only getting a few shots outside with the flowers but I think she really captured some great ones! I also really like the rain in the background in a few of them…. made it sort of peaceful feeling. Luckily, it only rained for about 20-30 minutes and we hung around and were able to shoot the rest of the photos with Kyle and I.
See below of our Summer Shoot! Can’t wait to get the magazine in the mail to see the entire feature! :)
